What is the TikTok video publisher?

Octer’s TikTok publisher is built on TikTok’s official Content Posting API. It is the channel for creator and media accounts to upload and schedule organic posts. Authorization uses TikTok’s official OAuth — we never collect your password.

If your account has full posting permission, content can go live with Direct Post. Otherwise TikTok may place it in the inbox/drafts for a final confirm in the App — that is a TikTok platform rule, not an Octer limitation. Multi-account scheduling and status tracking remove the need to open the TikTok App for every upload.
