   Real Experience

   I barely used to finish my drawings in my old sketchbook, because I was extremely lazy about using colored pencils. That's why I'm having so much fun now that I bought my acrylic markers, you'll have to put up with me using them on this profile, because I won't stop. For today's drawing, I wanted to make something like a collage, so I cut a piece of an envelope to put it in the sketchbook.

   Emotional Marketing

   I quickly sketched just Xie Lian's face, he is my favorite character of all time. After unpacking a lot of merchandise I bought with creator Miakkito, I was super eager to draw this handsome guy. That said, this drawing was purely done for fun, it's not the best Xie Lian drawing I could ever make, but it makes me really happy because I found a new way to enjoy traditional hand drawing.

   Product Information

   I usually work on digital art, so it's sometimes hard for me to find fun in traditional drawing. I'm currently making a work about Yoshikaru and it's turning out really cool. Spoiler alert, it will become a notebook cover, different from all the other drawings I made with these markers before. For this one, I decided not to finish it with markers, but to use my red technical pen to do the final detailing.

   Real Experience

   I'm just going to say it out loud, I think this sketchbook will become my most beautiful one, because I'm boldly experimenting with different colors, materials and collages in it. In the end I added some cute stickers to finish the Xie Lian drawing, my handsome boy turned out a little wonky, but at least he looks pretty good, I think so anyway.
